In midsummer the sun shines almost all day in Scandinavia and it is accordingly long bright. Perhaps this is one reason why darkly framed shower partitions are trendy in this region. For example, we hit the bull's eye at the Hotel Scandic Park in Stockholm with our custom-made 220 shower partitions. Profiles, hinges and handles are all in a noble, matt graphite design. This results in a beautiful symbiosis with the remaining bathroom fittings and elements, which not only inspires Scandinavian eyes.

Scandic Park belongs to the Scandic Hotels Group (SHOT), which can call itself the largest hotel chain in northern Europe with almost 280 hotels and 55´000 rooms. The renovation project, which was carried out in stages during ongoing operation, was accordingly professional.
Our Managing Director Terje Knoff from Duscholux Norway and his team worked closely with the development department at the Thun production site to implement and install these special matt surfaces. Since powder coating was out of the question, a wet paint solution was found that met the customer's requirements and could also be applied in practice.
