The Brewhouse Residence development has been constructed in Embrach in the canton of Zurich, offering a total of 31 two-and-a-half and 5 three-and-a-half room rental apartments. In addition to the central location, the particularly positive architecture offers an exceptionally high standard of fittings, which leave nothing to be desired for future tenants. Alongside the rental apartments, the building also houses the Brewhouse Restaurant, which promises delicious homely cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.
DUSCHOLUX accompanied and supported the project from the outset: Starting with the initial consultation during the planning phase, through sampling, right to implementation planning. While the construction work progressed, each bathroom was measured to the millimetre and the individual shower walls were subsequently manufactured to fit at our production site in Thun. DUSCHOLUX delivered the products based on the construction planning, installed them on a staggered basis, and finally handed them over to the client.
