Residing and living in flo&fleur, Liebefeld
"flo&fleur" is a new neighbourhood at the heart of Bern's Liebefeld district, consisting of 278 rental apartments, around 1,000 square metres of commercial space and a Cycle 1 classroom. The neighbourhood's six buildings, designed by architects Aebi & Vincent Partner AG, feature a staggered design that creates open spaces and visual connections. Key to the project are the aspects of social diversity and sustainability. 80% of its electricity requirement is covered by renewable energies, including photovoltaic systems installed on the roofs.
